Exchanges must be initiated in our Returns Portal within 14 days of the delivery date. You will be able to exchange for an identical item, exchange for a different color or shape of a like item, or shop for a brand new item.

Once you have entered the reason for your return and any comments you may have about the returned item, you will be given the choice of 3 selections: 

• Replace with identical item which will send you a new item of the same SKU that you previously purchased
• Choose a new color/shape which will allow you to change the color or shape of the item you purchased (at no additional cost, if applicable)
• Return item which will allow you to exchange with a store credit for a replacement item of any type
